The purpose of this open letter is to commend Chris Sibley’s professionalism and quality of work during these works. The project has been a difficult scheme, requiring a high level of organisation and flexibility by the groundworks contractor, and critically ability to forward plan work, adapt this plan and recognise areas where modification of the design might bring simplification and savings, and to work with the design team and the management team to achieve these. To his credit Chris has done just that.
In my opinion, Chris has been an asset to this project, and I would recommend his company unreservedly.
